About the apartment:
It’s a 2 bed / 2 bath, so you will have your own bathroom. The car park is already in use.

1. Location
Box Hill 3128
The apartment is right in front of Box Hill Central and Box Hill Gardens, so the location and accessibility are excellent.

2. Rent & Conditions

$300 per week (bills not included)

Bills will be split 50/50

Minimum stay: 3 months

Bond: 2 weeks

Notice: 2 weeks

3. Apartment Condition
The apartment is clean and well maintained, and I like to keep the place tidy.

4. Room Information
The room faces north-east, so it gets plenty of sunlight.

Queen mattress

Desk

Chair

Wardrobe

Additional Notes
We have a cat, so it would be great if you are quiet and like cats.
I’m a non-smoker, so smokers may not be a good fit.
